By accessing or using Talendro™ ("Talendro," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Talendro. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Talendro is an autonomous job search platform that searches for, evaluates, and applies to job opportunities on behalf of registered users. Our Services include:

• AI-powered resume optimization and tailoring
• Automated job matching across multiple job boards and ATS platforms
• Autonomous job application submission on your behalf
• Application tracking and status monitoring
• Interview preparation tools and resources
• Military veteran program with MOS/AFSC translation and federal job targeting
• Weekly strategy reports and career analytics

3. User Accounts

To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring all information you provide is truthful and accurate

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services.

4. Authorization to Apply on Your Behalf

By using Talendro's auto-apply features, you explicitly authorize Talendro to:

• Submit job applications to employers using your profile information and resume
• Complete application forms, including open-ended questions, using AI-generated responses based on your profile
• Interact with employer applicant tracking systems on your behalf
• Represent your qualifications and experience as provided in your profile

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your profile is accurate. Talendro is not liable for applications submitted based on inaccurate user-provided information.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Talendro offers subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Our refund policy: subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

Veteran discounts are available to verified service members and military spouses. Verification requires submission of a valid DD-214 or equivalent documentation. Talendro reserves the right to revoke discounts if verification documents are found to be fraudulent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to employers
• Apply to positions for which you are knowingly unqualified
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Use the Services for any purpose other than legitimate personal job searching
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Talendro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Talendro™ name and logo are trademarks of Talendro. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (resumes, documents, profile information). By uploading content, you grant Talendro a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TALENDRO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL RESULT IN JOB OFFERS, INTERVIEWS, OR EMPLOYMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENDRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Talendro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
